Terms & Conditions

1. REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

Refunds of Farm Experience fees will only be given if:
- The Experience is cancelled or rescheduled due to host/artist illness or insufficient enrolments.  Minimum enrolments are required for all Experiences. Should an Experience have to be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments or host/artist illness, all participants enrolled in that event will be contacted and an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
When a refund cannot be provided:
- Southern Highlands Flower Farm cannot accept responsibility for changes to participants' personal circumstances that prevent attendance, or “change of mind” or “postponements due to Government restrictions”.
- If you choose to withdraw, then Experience fees are forfeited. Ticket/s can be transferred to another attendee, however this is your responsibility to arrange. If you wish to do this, please arrange your replacement and notify us of the name change so they can attend.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they remember to attend an event. If you forget the date, your ticket is non-refundable.

2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You must comply with all requests from Southern Highlands Flower Farm representatives with regard to health and safety. Failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave the Experience (in which case no refund will be provided). You may not bring any equipment or items of a hazardous or dangerous nature to the Experience. If you act in any way which in our opinion is likely to cause any harm or nuisance to any person at the Experience, you will be required to leave the Experience and we shall not be liable to refund your ticket fee or any other payment.
Southern Highlands Flower Farm is a registered COVID Safe business. It is a requirement that all Experience attendees comply with current COVID guidelines.
You must keep your personal belongings with you at all times and we accept no liability for any damage to, loss of or theft of any of your belongings or other items brought to an Experience by you.

3. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken by us to ensure security and safety at the Experience, we shall not in any way be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you in relation to the Experience. As a working flower farm, there are naturally hazards and risks throughout the farm. Attendance and participation at our Experiences are entirely at your own risk.

4. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
Photos and/or videos may be taken during the Experiences for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed/recorded, please let a staff member know before the workshop starts. Photography and/or video will be used to promote Experiences via social media, marketing materials and website.
