Join Floral Designer Erica Downes and Flower Farmer Jen Foster as they take you on a journey of floral magic through the beauty of Dahlia season on the flower farm.

Friday 21st March: 10am-2pm

Experience an abundance of blooms, create whimsical floral arrangements under the guidance of Erica, tour the flower farm with Jen, exploring one of Australia's largest Dahlia collections while you harvest your own beautiful bucket of Dahlias to take home, and enjoy a beautiful locally catered lunch in the new gazebo overlooking the flower farm. You will learn about our natural and sustainable approaches to farming and designing, from both a garden and flower farm perspective.

This hands-on workshop teaches participants the basics of creating sustainable, foam-free floral centrepieces. Perfect for beginners or anyone who is interested in growing and designing with their own flowers, this workshop focuses on fundamental techniques and eco-friendly methods to design beautiful arrangements. By the end of the workshop, participants will take home a stunning centrepiece made with their own creativity, as well as the knowledge and confidence to create more foam-free arrangements at home.
