Ranunculus & Anemone Seeds
Ranunculus & Anemones provide a very welcome rainbow in the garden as Winter finishes and nature wakes up. These cool season crops will flower in early Spring, with similar timing to Poppies, Tulips & Peonies.
This collection from Biancheri in Italy includes specialty commercial varieties, specifically bred for cut-flower production and not usually available to the public. These seeds are sourced from Ball Australia, who also provide all of my flower production plugs (mini-seedlings grown from these same seeds).
These seeds will flower and develop corms in their first year, strengthening each growing season. Corms can be lifted and stored when plants have died down to ensure viability for next season - they do not like to be wet when dormant, so it is best to lift yours corms if you will be watering your planting area once the corms are dormant.
