The Italian Seed Collection features rare, specialty cut-flower varieties bred in Italy and grown by us here in the Southern Highlands. These lines come from specialist breeders Biancheri Creazioni and Farao Societa Agricola and are not widely available outside Europe. Many are grown almost exclusively by professional flower farmers.

I’ve grown a lot of flowers over the years, and the quality of these Italian varieties is truly exceptional — stronger plants, better stems, and blooms with incredible detail and depth of colour.

Because these seeds are produced in small quantities and sourced directly from the breeder, supplies are extremely limited and not easily replaced once sold out. Seeds can be sown from late Summer through to early Spring, flowering in Spring with generous, long-lasting blooms. These are the same rare seeds I grow myself on the farm — chosen carefully, grown with intention, and shared in small amounts.
